    Here is a
    used vintage Lufkin No. 141 round leg toolmakers outside caliper in the 3" size.
    This one opens to 2.983".
    It works great and is in used condition and was cleaned on a Scotchbrite wheel.   Made in Saginaw, Mich.  I didn't see a owner engraving on this one.  Great size caliper for the model maker or hobbyist that works on smaller items.  Enjoy it and pass it along to the next generation.
